Relive History in the Quaint Setting of Auberge Larochelle in Quebec

By George Medovoy, Editor

We enjoyed dinner at Auberge Larochelle, a charming Victorian inn with a spacious veranda that was once the residence of Louis-Alexandre Taschereau, a former Premier of Quebec Province.

The inn is located in La Malbaie, Quebec, Canada, and has been restored with 10 guest rooms and suites, each with an elegant flair and captivating views of the river or the gardens.

Our salmon with chive butter was delicious, complemented by a lovely green salad with warm goat cheese and croutons.

The auberge offers a variety of plans for its guests. Check with the inn about current rates.
