Beechwood Inn Dinners and Holiday Events

Beechwood Inn, located in the North Georgia Mountains of the United States, has been working on menus that maximize the use of fresh and local products while they are in season. Here are the inn's latest holiday menus and proposed wines:

Aug 16: Fresh and Local Mediterranean Dinner. Dinner is prepared tonight by Holly Macaulay, our Sous Chef. She has been with us 18 months, so we know you will get a wonderful dinner. Beechwood Inn wines available by the glass or order a bottle from our wine list. Dinner is $45.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

August 23: Northern Italian Dinner with Italian Wines Live Jazz with Jeremy Nunnelley. Dinner is $90.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

August 29: Labor Day Weekend Picnic with Fine Wines & Live Entertainment with Mountain Hoodoo. Two-night minimum.

September 6: Grow, Cook, Eat! A Mountain Harvest Festival.

September 13: California-Style Fresh and Local Dinner with Fine Wines, $90.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

September 20: Mediterranean Dinner by Holly Macaulay, $45.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

September 27: Mediterranean Dinner by Holly Macaulay, $55.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

October 4: California Nouveau Dinner with Fine Wine, $90.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

October 11: Fresh and Local Dinner with a North African Theme and Mediterranean Wines, 85.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

October 25: An Evening in Provence - Cuisines of the Sun, $90 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

November 1: Dinner at BaBBo in the North Georgia Mountains - Recipes by Mario Batali wines by Joe Bastianich. Yes, we are taking you to Italy via Babbo's in New York City. Mario Batali believes that olive oil is as precious as gold, that shorts and orange crocs are acceptable attire for every season, and food, like most things, is best when left to its own simple beauty. In addition, the wines served this evening will be made by Mario's partner Joe Bastianich. Joe ventured into his ancestral Friuli-Venezia Giulia to create the acclaimed wine estate, Azienda Agricola Bastianich and into Maremma, Tuscany where he established the wine estate La Mozza s.r.l. Dinner and wines is $98 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

November 8: Gourmet Dinner with a Southwest Flair, $85.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
