How to Make Pizza Pizza lovers and amateur chefs can learn the secrets of making great pizza at home from the experts at Cantinetta Piero, the restaurant of Hotel Luca in Yountville, California. Participants will work in the kitchen of Cantinetta Piero directly with chef Craig DiFonzo, as he teaches a variety of pizza making techniques for the home kitchen.

You could be among the small group gathering in the kitchen at Cantinetta Piero for this hands-on, 90-minute class with chef DiFonzo. Limited to 10 people, the class will help participants learn about proper heat, how to make great dough, stretching and shaping pizza, different toppings to consider and other secrets for making one of the worlds most favorite foods. Pizza Secrets Classes are scheduled for Tuesday, July 20, Tuesday, August 17, and Tuesday, September 21. Classes will be held from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. The cost is $45 per person and includes a Cantinetta Piero chefs apron. Tax and service fee are not included.
