Hyatt's of San Francisco Dishing Out Greta Ice Cream Treats This Summer

For the second straight summer, Hyatt Regency San Francisco, Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf and Grand Hyatt San Francisco, along with ice cream partner Haagen-Dazs, are reintroducing the popular summer dessert menu, Parlor Classics.

Mixing old-fashioned favorites like banana splits with contemporary creations such as piña colada sundaes, Hyatt’s Parlor Classics menu offers the essential treat for summer days.

Hyatt’s Parlor Classics Menu

Cherries Jubilee Sundae: Bing cherries with Haagen-Dazs vanilla and chocolate ice cream, cherry brandy syrup, whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.
Latte Sundae: Haagen-Dazs vanilla and coffee ice cream, coffee espresso syrup, chocolate coffee beans and whipped cream.
Classic Banana Split: Haagen-Dazs strawberry, vanilla and chocolate ice cream with strawberry, candied pineapple and chocolate sauces, toasted almonds and whipped cream.
Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwich: Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream with rich hot chocolate sauce and chocolate chips.
Mint Julep Sundae: Haagen-Dazs lemon sorbet, vanilla ice cream, bourbon mint syrup and whipped cream.
Bananas Foster: Bananas, freshly prepared banana bread, Haagen-Dazs vanilla and caramel ice cream and caramel rum sauce.
Hot Apple Cobbler: Freshly backed apple cobbler served with Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream.
Piña Colada Sundae: Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream with pineapple, guava syrup, whipped cream and roasted coconut.

Through August 31, 2007, the Parlor Classics menu will be offered in Hyatt Regency San Francisco’s Eclipse Café, at Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf’s Knuckles Historic Sports Bar and Grill and Grand Hyatt San Francisco at Grandviews Restaurant and through room service at all three properties.
